  1. Rinse chicken and dry it with a towel.
  2. Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt & pepper.
  3. Season both sides of chicken with the mixture.
  4. Now start cooking the chicken at the internal temperature of 160º F.
  5. 1st method: Use Air Fryer- Air fry at 360º for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the thickness and size of meat.

  11. Spread a cookie sheet or baking tray with aluminium foil or parchment paper sheet and lay the chicken pieces on a sheet. Now add a slice of monterey jack cheese to each chicken piece and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cook on low heat in the oven until the cheese melts.
  12. Now remove the chicken and put it on a plate. Add the mushrooms and gravy over the chicken.
